Put the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Do not over-tighten or release the tape.

Put the tape measure around the fullest part of the hips. Keep the tape measure horizontally as much as possible.
LENGHT
Take the measurement by placing the tape measure on the inside of the leg, from the hook to the ankle.

Measure the widest part of your chest. Try to keep the tape measure horizontal.
